Travis LeFevre founded LFVR in 2020, as a culmination of what he learned throughout a lifetime of being surrounded by Optician’s. He was always curious about what goes into a frame and how it’s made. The journey of his own optical shop's offerings from mass produced box brands to independents that are handmade in small batches, to creating his own line and handcrafting custom eyewear for clients around the world is an inspiration to all independent opticians.

He will be using a slow speed, high torque and a large buffing polishing wheel by our friends at Small Batch Tools. The POLISHER allows you to gradually adjust speed anywhere between 195 to 1 450 RPM according to your needs. It is able to drive 6", 8" and 10" mops and buffing wheels.

It was designed specifically to polish acetate cellulose eyewear frames so it saves you a lot of time using the best Menzerna polishing pastes.
