Building on the success of Eyewear Afterparty's groundbreaking West Coast events in 2018 and 2019, visionary creator Brett Cates proudly introduces EYEBALL, marking the beginning of a new era with its inaugural independent trade show in Palm Springs.

The mission with EYEBALL is to create a memorable, thoughtfully curated artistic experience that serves as a dynamic hub for the vibrant, and innovative community of independent luxury eyewear brands. Inspired by the detail and craftsmanship of artisan eyewear, I created a trade show concept that reflects these values, bringing together artistry and attention to detail in an engaging environment. Above all, I am deeply passionate about independent eyewear and the rejection of corporate influence in both art and eyewear. My vision is to create a trade show that elevates independent brands, celebrating their creativity and authenticity. Naturally, elements of my own personality are woven into the design and execution of this trade show, with influences drawn from pop art themes and a mid-century modern vibe.
