Eyeball is an independent eyewear trade show taking place at the Ace Hotel & Swim Club in Palm Springs, California. This event is designed to foster collaboration and innovation in the luxury eyewear industry.

3. Ticket Purchases
• All ticket purchases, including Continuing Education (CE) passes, are final.•
• CE pass purchases are refundable until 24 hours before the event. Requests for refunds must be submitted via email to
[email protected]. Refunds will not be granted for requests made within 24 hours of the event start time.
4. Privacy Policy
• Your privacy is important to us.
• We will not sell, share, or distribute your personal information to third parties under any circumstances.
• Any information collected will be used solely for the purpose of event registration, communication, and updates related to Eyeball.
5. Event Conduct
• Attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully.
• Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will result in removal from the event without refund.
6. Changes to Event Details
Eyeball reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, speakers, or location due to unforeseen circumstances. All registered participants will be notified promptly of any such changes.
7. Liability Waiver
• By participating in Eyeball, you acknowledge that you are doing so at your own risk.
• Eyeball, its organizers, and the Ace Hotel & Swim Club are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property that may occur during the event.
8. Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions), Eyeball reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event. Refunds or credits will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and materials associated with Eyeball are the intellectual property of the event organizers. Unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution of any materials is prohibited.
